Screening
Structured health screening is conducted — on-site at your workplace or through a digital pathway. Tests cover relevant disease areas.
Risk Identification
Screening results are analysed. High-risk individuals are identified and flagged for clinical follow-up and further assessment.
Consultation
Flagged individuals are connected with a clinical consultation — either in-person or via digital channels — for diagnosis and care planning.
Continuous Care
Individuals are enrolled in Preventra Care — structured disease management delivered via WhatsApp and email to sustain outcomes over time.
